Vegan Ranch Dressing, the sauce that goes with just about everything.
This vegan ranch dressing recipe works so well with pizza, sandwiches, seitan wings and fresh veggies! After experiencing this simple to make sauce, veggies never taste the same!

Makes about 2 cups
Time to make: 5 minutes
1 cup sunflower seeds, blanched almonds (soak overnight) or cashews (soak for a couple hours)
1 cup water
¼ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 teaspoons salt
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
Incorporate the following after the sauce has been blended:
2 tablespoons nooch (nutritional yeast)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
½ teaspoon dried oregano
Store covered in the fridge.
